These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services, including browsing our website, making inquiries, or completing a reservation for any of our proposal packages.
Services Offered
Punta Cana Proposal Packages specializes in the planning, coordination, and execution of personalized marriage proposal experiences in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed via written reservation. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent elements when specific items are unavailable, without material impact to the overall experience.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be made with a minimum advance notice of 7 calendar days. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment platforms. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future reservations.
Cancellation Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions or force majeure that prevent the execution of services, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Punta Cana Proposal Packages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific emotional outcomes or responses during the proposal event.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff, vendors, and partner resort personnel at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue services without refund if a client's conduct is deemed harmful, abusive, or disruptive to third parties or our team members.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their guest of honor is legally eligible to consent to marriage in their jurisdiction. We bear no responsibility for legal matters related to the proposal or any subsequent engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and photography — is the property of Punta Cana Proposal Packages and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Photography and video content captured during your event is the property of the Company unless a written agreement specifying otherwise has been executed prior to the event date.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punta Cana, La Altagracia Province.
